- Research topic must be on either:
- Project A: The modern and historical sedimentation conditions within near-shore habitats of Whakaraupō/Lyttelton Harbour, specifically at Governors Bay; or
- Project B: The abundance and size distribution of tuaki within modern and historical near-shore habitats of Whakaraupō/Lyttleton Harbour, specifically in the Head of the Harbour, and relationships to sediment characteristics.
- Applicants must be undertaking their MSc thesis in one of the following subject areas: geology, environmental science, geography, freshwater management, biology or chemistry and undertaking research with relevance to Whakaraupō Lyttelton Harbour.
