This scholarship supports coursework students in the School of Economics to conduct research into social and economic disadvantage.

- be enrolled or have an unconditional offer to study full-time in the honours year of a Bachelor of Economics, or the Master of Economics or Master of Economic Analysis.
- plan to conduct research in social and economic disadvantage within families and across generations
- have a research supervisor that is affiliated with the Life Course Centre (LCC).
The TOEFL® test is a popular option for students to meet the English-language requirements for scholarships.
This scholarship is valued at $5000.
The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of:
- academic merit,
- curriculum vitae, and
- a cover letter.
The Scholarship will be awarded by the relevant research supervisor in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney.
