For 2020/21, to support you though the challenges of the global pandemic, we are pleased to offer international students beginning a standalone postgraduate taught Masters degree (eg MA, MSc, MRes, MFA) or research degree (eg MPhil/PhD) with us a University of Exeter Global Commitment Scholarship of £2,000 towards the cost of their tuition fees.

The Global Commitment Scholarship is available to international students for all standalone postgraduate taught Masters Programmes or research degrees excluding the following non-standard courses and those delivered by a partner business or other institution:

  • PGCE
  • Degree Apprenticeships
  • MSc Island Biodiversity and Conservation
  • LLB Graduate Law
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC)
  • Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)
  • MA Education (online)

In order to be eligible for the scholarship, you must be classified as an international student for fees purposes, meet the entry requirements for your chosen programme and enrol on this programme in 2020/21.

The scholarship will be automatically applied to eligible postgraduate applicants enrolling for study beginning in the 2020/21 academic year. A separate application is not required.
