Eligibility
• Freshmen who are admitted to the doctoral program in September each year Recommended by the College of Admission only, individual applications from students are not accepted. • The application should NOT be submitted by individuals but can only by the college which would like to apply for the award. The college must submit the application within designated time according to the regulation announced by the Office of International Affairs.

Benefits
• This scholarship can be awarded for a maximum of three years (from September 1 of the application year to July 31 of the third year). • Tuition, miscellaneous and credit fees are exempted • Living allowance: NT$100,000 per semester.
Application
The award is only given to new foreign students who enroll in September, 10 recipients at most on the principle among the University.
