- Sri Lankan Citizen
- Age above 18 years old
- Pass in English and Mathematics/Science at GCE/IGCSE Ordinary Level Examination and 2 passes at GCE A/L or equivalent qualification and Proficiency in English language

- Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education– Mother’s Touch International Academy (MTIA) (https://mtia.motherstouchlk.com/)
- Or any other diploma offers by reputed and recognized organization. (Scholarship Committee will take final decision)

Benefits
- Selected candidate will be able to follow a course (from the list given below), in part-time basis. Grant will cover 80% of the course fee and student shall pay remain as an upfront payment.
- Selected candidate will be getting an employment in the capacity of assistant teacher in full-time basis for 1-3 children in 2½-5 yeas age group. This include food, safe accommodation and LKR 8,000 pocket money per month.
Outcomes:
- Certified professional qualification from a reputed institute
- A recommendation letter for the full-time employment.
