These scholarships are awarded to outstanding community college transfer students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society for two-year colleges. Transfer students from all colleges who are members of the society and who have participated in its programs are eligible for consideration. If you are not a New York State resident, you should contact your state financial aid agency to ask if you qualify for this scholarship.
