One 3 year Home Fees-only* scholarship for the PhD in English Literature
Funding is available for up to three years of full-time study only.
This scholarship is offered in memory of the late husband of Mrs A.L. Mann, who was known as Lauchlan Mann, and graduated MA from this University in 1951.
Eligibility
The Mann prize is open to new PhD students holding offers in English Literature, Medical Humanities, and American Studies (SCS) for the academic year 2017-18.

How to apply
Please note that in order to be considered for this award, the University must already have received your application and accepted you - conditionally or unconditionally - for a PhD in English Literature, Medical Humanities, American Studies (SCS) by the application deadline.
All applicants who wish to be considered should send a brief CV and research proposal (3 pages max) to the English Literature Postgraduate Convenor Dr Adrian Streete by the application deadline below.
