ME3 - European Joint Masters in Management and Engineering of Environment and Energy

ME3 is an international double-degree program that allows students to study in up to 3 European countries. It has been selected by the European Commission (EACEA) to be supported as an Erasmus Mundus Master Course for its forthcoming editions. The program provides the knowledge and skills to create tomorrow's leaders in environmental management, renewable energy, and sustainability.
The Consortium of the European joint Masters of Science in Management and Engineering of Environment and Energy (ME3) is composed of five institutions:
Budapest University Ecole de Mines de Nantes Royal Institute of Technology Queen's University Belfast Politecnica de Madrid
The ME3 program allows students to combine technical and engineering knowledge with a solid foundation in management, project planning, and social Sciences. The course content consists of 4 main components; Energy, Environment, Management, and a Professional Project (Internship) completed during the last semester of the two-year program.
To enter the programme, candidates must have either a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or a recognised equivalent diploma from an accredited institution (minimum 3 years full time study) in a scientific or technical discipline.
Preferred first degree fields are Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering and similar subjects closely related to the objectives of the course. You may apply if you have a different background, but be aware that your chances of admission are likely to be lower.
The TOEFL® test is a popular option for students to meet the English-language requirements for scholarships.
The Partner country scholarship is close to 47,000 euros in total (i.e. for 2 years). The definite amount will be confirmed once the results are released. This scholarship covers all expenses (ME3 participation cost, housing, transportation and living expenses). The Programme country scholarship is close to 34,000 euros in total (i.e. for two years). The definite amount will be confirmed once the results are released. This scholarship covers all expenses (ME3 participation cost, housing, transportation and living expenses).
