Koepon Stipendia for MSc
The Koepon Foundation supports students from developing countries that want to do an MSc training at Wageningen University in the domain of animal breeding and genetics. As part of that MSc training, students can spend part of their time at another European university.
Scholarship applications for a short stay will be dealt with by the Board of Koepon Stichting immediately after submission. Scholarship applications for the MSc course will be evaluated in March.
The conditions for MSc training:
- The applicant needs to meet entry requirements, as specified by Wageningen University.
- Students who participate in the European Master in Animal Breeding and Genetics (EM-ABG) are required to spend one year at Wageningen University and one year at one of the other European universities that participate in the EM-ABG.
- Students need to write a convincing motivation letter.
The TOEFL® test is a popular option for students to meet the English-language requirements for scholarships.
The stipend covers travel and living costs. Koepon Stichting covers registration fees as well. These stipends are sufficient generally to cover all costs for a student. Stipends are limited to activities involving animal breeding.
