Eligibility
• Candidates must have been completing a programme for a degree with a major in English at the University in the year of the award. • One scholarship is available annually. • The scholarship is awarded by the Council of the University on the recommendation of the Head of the Department of English (or nominee). • In making the recommendation, the Head of the Department of English (or nominee) considers achievement in 300-level English.
