IOE offers annually one master's scholarship in collaboration with the Windle Trust.
Priority is given to applicants of particular merit taking into account academic ability, need, development impact, leadership potential and personal qualities.
For more than three decades, Windle Trust International has forged formidable scholarship partnerships with a number of universities and other scholarship awarding organisations in the UK to provide postgraduate opportunities to young people who will provide leadership and professional skills in African societies recovering from the devastating effect of protracted wars and conflicts.
Eligibility
Applicants should be:
• refugees, internally displaced or be otherwise affected by conflict
• from the countries of East, Central or the Horn of Africa and
• be resident in Kenya, Uganda, Sudan and South Sudan.
