This $2,000 scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years and can be applied to the summer semester. The student must maintain 12 credit hours each semester with a 3.0 cumulative GPA. There is also a 25 hour service component. The service component will require the students to serve as a campus ambassador for new and incoming students during the I-SOAR Week of Welcome. Other areas the service component can be beneficial to TTU and the Cookeville area include the Boy Scouts Global Citizen program, Windows on the World, workshops with local elementary, middle, and high school programs. Some students may be asked to provide marketing assistance with the Office of International Education to assist in attracting future applicants to TTU and/or to develop blogs to represent their day to day lives in Cookeville and at TTU.
