Through the International Doctoral Scholarship, eligible students can earn a twenty percent (20%) tuition reduction off Doctoral degree courses for a period of one (1) year from the date beginning on the first day of the first credit-bearing course as long as they continue to meet the award requirements.

Open to new students
Start your degree between July 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017, to become eligible.

The award is open to students who transfer from another school.
How do I get started?
Just sign the Memorandum of Understanding at the start of your first course to get started. Meet the eligibility requirements and save.
Available until graduation
The perks of this program stay with you throughout your academic journey or until you reach the maximum award.
- Resides outside the continental United States at the time of and during enrollment at the University.
- Be (i) a new student or (ii) a student who has previously attended the University but has been out of attendance for greater than 365 days, in a Doctoral program of study who posts attendance and is invoiced for his or her first credit-bearing course with a course start date between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2017 (Qualifying Attendance); or
- Meet the “Continued Progress” period defined as no unapproved leave of absence or breaks greater than ninety (90) consecutive days during the enrolled program.
