- Applicants must demonstrate financial need and meet the minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA requirement.
The TOEFL® test is a popular option for students to meet the English-language requirements for scholarships.
Selected ICSP students receive a tuition-waiver scholarship ranging from $7,500 - $30,000.
