Applicants must have a parent who was killed or permanently disabled due to a work-related injury. They must be at least 18 years old and have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. Applicants must also have a demonstrated need for financial assistance with their education, and they should be enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university through at least the Fall 2021 semester.

Application
Applicants must write an essay of between 500 and 1,000 words about their academic and career goals. They should submit the essay, documentation of their parent's injury, a FAFSA report indicating financial need, a current academic transcript, and contact information using the form on our scholarship page.
