Eligibility
• The scholarship will be awarded to qualified members of Women in Aviation that are working towards their A&P License.
• Funds will be paid directly to the school, and training must be completed within one year from the date of award.
• Scholarship recipient will also be guaranteed an A&P Mechanic interview upon successful completion of Envoy’s hiring requirements.

Benefits
There is one scholarship available, and is worth $5,000. In addition to the Future A&P Mechanic scholarship, Envoy Air will host the recipient with attendance to the 2023 Annual WAI Conference (including hotel, conference registration, and air travel).

As well as the WAI Scholarship Application requirements, candidates must address the following questions within their 500-word essay: • How would this scholarship help you achieve your career goals? • Why did you apply for this scholarship? • What aviation activities/organizations have you been involved in?
