The emergency scholarship is a short-term scholarship for international students of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster (WWU) who find themselves in a financial emergency situation during their studies (not included are: language courses, exchange programmes, part-time programmes and doctoral studies). It is awarded together with cooperation partners.

Eligibility
• International students (usually from the 3rd semester onwards) who are enrolled at the WWU and who are in a financial emergency situation due to unforeseeable external circumstances.

Benefits
• The amount of the scholarship depends on the funds available and your individual situation. As a rule, you can receive financial support of usually €450 for 1-3 months.
