The Drexel Global Scholar program recognizes a select number of incoming international students with exceptional academic achievement and outstanding commitment to global leadership and international community building. The program encourages the active involvement of participants in valuable, peer-based mentorship and leadership development opportunities as well as team-building activities and community service.

Full-tuition scholarship; the scholarship is not applicable to room and board or annual fees. Drexel Global Scholars are expected to comply fully with freshman housing requirements
To be considered for the Drexel Global Scholar program, you must submit a complete admission application by the appropriate deadline and the supplemental Global Scholarship application, including essay and CV/résumé, found in Discover Drexel by November 15 (Early Decision applicants) or February 1 (Early Action and Regular Decision applicants). After your admission application has been processed, you will receive an email that will give you access to Discover Drexel. If you are eligible to apply for this scholarship, you will then be able to access the supplemental form by selecting the Enrichment & Scholarship Applications tab on Discover Drexel. Please submit one document, answering the prompts below. Your response to each prompt should not exceed 750 words. Required question of all applicants: • Upon completion of your degree and when you return to your country, in what ways will you give back to your community? Choose one additional question and respond: • What has been your most valuable learning experience in life, however large or small? How did it change the way you view the world and react to it? • Describe an experience when you relied on your interests, skills and talents to improve your community. Explain how this changed your way of thinking and/or deepened your level of participation in your community. • What was the most challenging decision you have made? Explain the context, decision making process, and result of your choice. Offer a reflection on this experience
