- This scholarship is intended for women seeking advancement in professional aviation development towards a career as a professional airline pilot.
- The recipient will be chosen on a basis of merit, career aspirations, and dedication, as well as contributions to their community and service with WAI.

Benefits
The scholarship is worth $5000, and there is only one available.
The scholarship funds can be used towards any certificate/rating obtained through a Propel partner university. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to your university and training must be completed prior to your graduation date.
The scholarship recipient will receive a trip to the 34th Annual International Women in Aviation Conference (includes round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and conference fee).

In addition to the requirements listed above, please provide an essay answering the following questions. The essay must be double spaced and 500 – 1000 words.
