- The Scholarship shall be awarded to 1 Year 2 or above, full-time undergraduate student majoring in Cultural Studies.
- Awardee should have achieved a minimum CGPA of 3.00, together with an outstanding performance in a written assignment of Cultural Studies related to “liberty”, “democracy”, “justice” or “fairness” during the year.
- If there is candidate of comparable academic merit, his/her involvement in extra-curricular activities shall also be taken into consideration.
