TheĀ University of Sussex is inviting applications forĀ Alfred Bader PhD Scholarship in Modern Jewish History and Culture.Ā UK/EU and InternationalĀ students are eligible to apply.

Highly motivated current and prospective graduates with an outstanding academic record and a strong interest in the relevant topics are encouraged to apply

The University of Sussex is a public research university situated in Falmer, near Brighton in Sussex.

Applicants from outside the home country will often need to meet specific English language/other language requirements in order to be able to study there.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must hold a Masterā€™s degree.
  • Highly motivated current and prospective graduates with an outstanding academic record and a strong interest in the relevant topics are encouraged to apply.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the manifold research activities of the Centre which include lectures, international conferences and other events.

Benefits

3-year UK/EU tuition fees (non-EU/UK students will need to fund the difference in fees), plus stipend (Ā£14,296 for 2016/17)
